Joe Schmo is fictional. His PGA designation, professional background, reviews, prices, offers, policies and venue are samples. They are not verified claims about a real person or place. Do not travel to the sample venue or treat a request as a real booking.

Your submissions

The lesson and contact forms are functional. They store your name, email, optional phone number, message, selected coaching and preferred time on a server database. The operator can view these details, record internal notes and change a request’s status in the protected administration area.

Use invented details when trying this demonstration. Do not provide sensitive information or personal information about children. A parent or guardian should make junior coaching requests.

Website offer enquiries

The /special-offer form is a real enquiry to Signature Horizons. We store your professional and business details, website content, lesson prices, consent and uploaded images in our private database to respond and prepare your website. The notification goes to hello@signaturehorizons.co.uk with your email as Reply-To. Images are re-encoded to remove metadata and shared through private links that expire after seven days. Unused uploads remain private until removed by the operator. Contact hello@signaturehorizons.co.uk with your reference to request access or deletion. Submitting does not place an order or guarantee offer availability. Please only supply content you have permission to use.

Email and cookies

If email is configured, the site attempts an operator notification and an acknowledgement to your address. The confirmation page reports whether the acknowledgement was accepted for delivery. Otherwise it says that no email was sent. No analytics or marketing cookies are used. Operator sign-in uses an essential session cookie lasting up to eight hours.

Retention and access

Demonstration submissions should be removed by the operator within 30 days. To request access or deletion, send an enquiry with the submission reference and state your request. The operator handles deletion directly in the database; there is no automatic deletion job in this first version.

Before use by a real professional

The operator must provide their legal identity and contact address, verify professional credentials, replace all sample details, confirm their privacy basis and retention policy, and configure storage and email. This demonstration notice must be replaced with a policy appropriate to the actual business.
