Signature Horizons looks after your website after launch with the following managed services.
Hosting
We host your agreed website, so you do not need a separate website-hosting account. Domain registration is arranged separately.
Ongoing management
Signature Horizons looks after the day-to-day website setup after launch and remains your point of contact for the managed service.
Reasonable content updates
Ask us to correct details, change opening hours, replace supplied photographs or update existing service copy. Update and support limits are agreed before the contract is completed. Substantial new pages, redesigns or specialist features are scoped separately.
Technical maintenance
We handle routine technical upkeep of your managed website. This does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
SEO management and support
The managed plan adds ongoing SEO support, such as maintaining page titles, descriptions and search-friendly content when agreed. Search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Continued human support
Contact Signature Horizons when you need help with your website, rather than having to diagnose technical questions yourself.
Cancellation and ownership
Your cancellation rights, notice or end date, and website ownership arrangements are confirmed in your customer agreement before work begins, alongside payment dates and service limits. This package description does not replace that agreement.
The separate £99.99-per-month package has a minimum 12-month commitment, with ownership after that term. That commitment is not stated as a condition of this care package; your own agreement sets its terms.
Your domain
Signature Horizons can help find, register or connect a suitable domain. Use of an existing domain, who registers it and any registration charge are confirmed separately. Domain registration is not automatically included.
